The N'ko numbers should have attachment points above and below them.  Above the letters takes the diacritic (U+07ED NKO COMBINING SHORT RISING TONE)and below the letters takes the diacritic (U+07F2 NKO COMBINING NASALIZATION MARK).  These diacritics make the numbers something like the English equivalent of 1st, 2nd etc.
