seems we can't find a surface support 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 chroma format


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. enable XvMC in xorg.conf
2. start X
3. compile and run attached case


Current result:
----------------
can't find a surface support 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 chroma format


Expected result:
----------------
should support 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 chroma format

yeah, current main profile@main level only, so no 4:2:2. 4:4:4 is not required for mpeg2.

I don't think we need to care this for i915 or even on newer chip. 4:2:0 is massively used and the standard for future digital tv. So mark this as wontfix.
