I would like to set these environment variables

IDLE_PERSIST=1 IDLE_DEBUG=all
IDLE_LOGFILE=/tmp/idle-log IDLE_TIMING=1

to make telepathy-idle to log all debugging info info a log file.

Robot101 suggested on #telepathy, that the patch should be an one-liner, but I don't see a way how to do it (maybe that's the reason I am not employed as an programmer @ Red Hat ;-)).

IDLE_LOGFILE is now supported: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/26627

IDLE_DEBUG and IDLE_PERSIST are also supported.
