If I use --fork switch I do not get pid

[krzak@afroman krzak]$ dbus-daemon-1 --session --print-pid
21235

[krzak@afroman krzak]$ dbus-daemon-1 --session --print-pid  --fork
[krzak@afroman krzak]$
