There are no updates available. Doesn't seem to be something worth exclaiming. A simple period would probably work better.

Also, it would be nice to avoid the robot-like duplication of:

" The following updates are available:
  There are no updates available!     "

Though I can can see how keeping that label consistent makes sense. Not sure I have a better suggestion. Maybe the label and box should both be replaced with the "There are no updates available." text?
