Description Daniel McGrew 2008-08-23 07:59:09 UTC
Sometimes, but not every time, my computer locks up after it's been
sitting for a while. I've been trying to figure out what's causing it. I
LOVE the random screen saver feature in KDE.
So, in my troubleshooting process I've opened configure -> KDesktop -> Screen Saver Settings. I go through and select the screen savers one at a time and test them. I was trying to go through 'Visit to Flatland' and the computer had a hard
 lockup.
Anytime that it does long lined, moving screen savers it locks up.
If it has short line screen savers it doesn't lock up.

Can you tell me what might be causing this?
I don't know what component is causing this?
Is there a log file for openchrome errors???
If so, where would it be located?
