Patch to "symbols/gr", applies to the Git version of the file.

We track here the update to the Greek layout (variant: basic).

The update covers:
1. This is an update to the default variant of the Greek layout.
2. We now use four levels instead of two levels.
3. A user that used to use gr(basic) will notice no changes/differences, as the additions take place only in levels 3 and 4.
4. We cover all Greek characters in the Greek and Coptic Unicode block (such as Ancient Greek special symbols).
5. Since other variants reference the "basic" variant, we renamed the old "basic" variant to "simple".
6. We also updated "extended", "nodeadkeys", so that they point to "simple", rather than "basic".

One issue pending is to get the Unicode characters in the 0x01000xxxx notation, instead of the Uxxxx notation.
Sergey, is that a requirement now?

Sergey, do you think that we will be able to get this update in the next version of xkeyboard-config?

Sorry, that bug got lost on my radar. Sure I will commit that change. What about base.xml.in?
