on youtube.com,if jump to a un-cached video position,swfdec only start playing after downloading all the stream after the position  jump to . and the video status position get to begin pos, not jump to the correct pos.I think playing and stream downloading should async?   on www.youku.com,jump to a un-cached video pos,swfdec immediately start playing ,but only audio ,video will still the last frame before jumpping
