We think that if you put some sort of CAPTCHA system (I have personally
used reCAPTCHA, it was easy to implement, but I'm sure there are better
solutions around) to catch automated registration attempts it would
catch most of these. The sooner you could get such a system in place the
better, as our mail servers seem to have been blacklisted by a Russian
anti-spam company.
