Proposed patch to fix naming issue of function

This is from downstream on the Gentoo bugzilla (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=239573).

Affected version: polkit-0.9
Affected source file: /src/polkit/polkit-authorization-db-dummy.c
Function containing error: polkit_authorization_db_debug
Problem: use of undefined _pk_debug() function

I've attached a patch which I created on the assumption that _pk_debug was renamed to polkit_debug at some stage in the past.

This bug report is for the old version of PolicyKit. Closing as all of the code has been rewritten. Please reopen if the bug report applies to the latest version of PolicyKit. Thanks.
