Go to page 5 using Evince. The 'A' in "HUMANS" is not displayed. There are other places in the document where this happens.

xpdf does not exhibit the problem.

Correction, xpdf actually does exhibit the problem.

Fixed in freetype CVS, of what i will guess will be freetype 2.3.8, although i don't know much of freetype release plans.
