Description Peter Kovář 2004-11-09 10:17:01 UTC
Excerpt from Xorg.0.log

X: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/X.org/lib/modules/drivers/radeon_drv.so: undefined symbol: vgaHWGetHWRec

GCC 3.4.3 was used, otherwise everything as usual.
Comment 1 Adam Jackson 2004-11-11 15:27:00 UTC
not everything as normal, if you were using the defaults you wouldn't have .so
modules.

by any chance are you on a gentoo system?
Comment 2 Adam Jackson 2005-03-26 11:46:38 UTC
since this was filed against cvs head, i'm going to assume that you installed
over top of your existing installation and that it's just picking up the
elfloader modules.
