xsession errors

I have a a DELL D 630 and Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960
X crashes sometimes with KDE 4.1.2 and redirects to login page 

Open GL is set with trilinear/Direct rendering and Vsync.

Please help to investigate as it is an awful bug.
