Lots of moon icons

There's a bug against GNOME's gweather applet (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170277) that the incorrect phase of moon is displayed. There need to be icons to include a shadowing effect when the moon phase is other than full.

The attached files are based on weather-clear-night and weather-few-clouds-night icons but include a shadowing effect for every 10 degrees, adding "_nnn" to indicate the phase ("000" = new, "090" = 1st quarter, etc). The scalable "few night" icons also include some shading of the clouds.

The shadowing effects were generated by a script I wrote to calculate where to place the Bezier curves.

Tango icon theme aims to cover the minimal icon naming specification. I recommend doing all this in the gnome weather applet. If all of it is generated, why not generate it at runtime even.

But it's certainly not something I'd vote for to have in the icon naming spec.

While I like the idea of generating it at runtime it seems like the overhead of converting .svg to .png on the fly might be a bit expensive.

Thanks for the feedback though.
