A lot of modules ship spec-to-docbook.xsl (*Kit and gnome-session, at least). It's quite bad to have all of them copy & paste it, since we don't know which one has the latest fixes...

(dbus/doc is a dead project; documentation that lives in dbus.git is dbus/core. Reassigning.)
