In the last few days, it looks like someone decided to replace libapache2-mod-php4 with libapache2-mod-php5 on annarchy, and did not also replace all of the php4-foo modules as well. Of particular note is the missing mysql support. This has left the http://tango.freedesktop.org/ site in its current state. Can someone please fix this like, yesterday?

Also, why was php4 replaced with php5. There was some reason about potentially breaking lots of things, for not doing it before, as I'd requested it at one point, so that we could switch to the newer branch of mediawiki, which has built-in support for CAPTCHA, but which requires php5.
