- Make Connection request the subscribe, publish and stored ContactList
  channels (using a low-level RequestChannel call) if the ConnectionFeature
  member FeatureContactList is enabled (or perhaps it's a ContactFeature?),
  and signal the results to its Contact objects
- Implement Contact::authorizationState(), Contact::subscriptionState()
- Implement ContactManager::allKnownContacts() etc.
