Description Ji Yu 2004-02-20 06:47:56 UTC
Problems using Xmach64 on ATI mobility P/M (device ID 0x4c4d).

- X server starts up OK.
- Under mode 0x0118 (1024x768x24), I got lots of junk disaplayed on screen. This
includes the display of the mouse cursor. I'll attach a screenshot.
- Under any other mode, the display will freeze under certain actions, e.g.,
moves a window. If I switch to another virtual terminal and switch back, I can
get out of the freezed state and the screen is usually repaint correctly.
- With Xvesa everything seems to be working.

Unfortunately no longer have the computer and can't test.

Closing as there are no hardware to test on.
