Artifacts (lines) in background of scrollbar of folder view plasmoid

Hello,

I'd like to report small yet annoying issue that can be observed in KDE 4.2.1 using radeonhd driver (1.2.4_121202_4e89726-2.1).

I'm using openSUSE 11.1. I'll attach two screenshots presenting the most common artifacts:
1. lines in background of folder view plasmoid's scrollbar
2. small gaps in tooltips displayed by task bar

The reproducibility of those two problems is 100% but sometimes I can see some other problems as well.

I've verified the same set up on different computer with NVidia card and there are no rendering problems so it must be driver-specific problem.

My xorg.conf

Even if I have DRI enabled I have disabled compositing in KDE's settings because of poor performance of this driver in compositing mode.

Does this issue occur with the preferred ati driver (xf86-vide-ati)? If so, please move this to the Driver/Radeon component.

Development of radeonhd has pretty much halted and development focus is on the ati driver. Please see http://www.x.org/wiki/radeonhd

If the issue does not exist in the ati driver (or if there is no response to this message), this bug will be closed as WONTFIX unless someone contributes a patch.

Closing due to lack of response. Please reopen and move to the Driver/Radeon
component if this issue persists with xf86-video-ati
