Change fribidi 0.19.1 soname from fribidi to fribidi2

On debian machines the sonmae fribidi is used for the pre 0.19 API of fribidi. Using the same soname fro the fribidi 0.19 API is an inconvenient. This patch changes the soname of newer fribidi versions to fribidi2.

This way old programs will continue to use the old version of fribidi without having to check the version number, and new programs can use fribidi2.

Do you have any packages in mind that work with older fribidi but not 0.19? All I've heard so far is that people are happy that their applications start supporting Arabic as soon as they upgrade to fribidi 0.19. Renaming the soname definitely negates all the effort. I understand that 0.19 removes some older API, but I don't know any packages using those old API. We simply pushed 0.19 in Fedora and no one complained.

I'm glade to hear about the fedora experience. I've mailed the maintainers of the debian fribidi package. I hope they will have time to update the debian package soon.
