For example, current uim-xim doesn't works on en_US.UTF-8 locale. But already
uim-xim must be able to work on all UTF-8 locales.

This has been fixed in svn repository since while ago.
Actually, en_US.UTF-8 is already supported in 0.4.5, but some other UTF-8
locales (like en_GB.UTF-8) are not supported with that version.
I'll comment at uim mailing list later.
