Hi, why exactly are do you require access to GStreamer?

We usually only give commit access to people who have an established record of contributing patches of a certain quality to GStreamer over an extended period of time, and who have shown a certain degree of understanding of GStreamer internals and development processes, so at this point in time a request for commit access from your side seems a bit premature to me.

Please file any bugs and/or patches you have in bugzilla for the time being, thanks!
