Description Yuri 2009-06-06 17:11:01 UTC
gv opens it in a few seconds and okular (through poppler-0.10.6) takes over a minute.

Unless you supply the file we can't do anything to try to fix it.

And please don't play with priorities, they are there for us developers to sort the bugs not for bug reporters.

I've got the file if someone wants it, i'm moving the problem to the splash backend since the cairo backend takes 4 seconds and the splash takes 62.
Comment 3 Albert Astals Cid 2012-12-15 16:16:07 UTC
Differences have gone down a bit in my current machine it's 1.7 vs 4.3 seconds instead of 4 vs 62 seconds, so went down from a 15.5 ratio to a 2.5 ratio.

With latest changes that will be in 0.24.1 we are now in 2.6 vs 1.7s
