DEFAULT_LOCAL_TRANS fix

In defining DEFAULT_LOCAL_TRANS, libX11's configure script ignores the --enable-local-transport, --enable-unix-transport and --enable-tcp-transport options. The attached patch fixes this. The attached patch assumes that the abstract namespace patch in bug 22590.

Seems reasonable to me, but since it depends on the previous patch,
need to get someone who knows the Linux abstract socket support to
review the previous patch first.

Fix applied & included in libX11 1.3.4 release.  Thanks for the bug
