From fonts.conf:

"Please submit any
        problems to the fontconfig bugzilla system located at fontconfig.org"

But the fontconfig.org website contains no link or information that would lead
you to this bugzilla interface. Quite confusing.

I've put together a lame fontconfig.org page with a link to bugzilla.  Adding
links (and content) for the documentation would be nice.
