Custom variable update feature based on 'updated' callback must be implemented
in uim-pref. This feature is used for activation/deactivation of widgets,
dynamic relation between multiple widgets.

For example:

- The boolean variable custom-activate-default-im-name? controls active/inactive
state of custom-preserved-default-im-name

- An ordered-list variable enabled-im-list controls valid candidate items of
custom-preserved-default-im-name (the relation is not implemented yet)

This feature is implemented in both uim-pref-gtk and uim-pref-qt, and seems to
work properly.
