Subgrouping of custom variable widgets should be implemented in uim-pref.
This feature is used to emphasize a relation between multiple widgets, such as
custom-activate-default-im-name? and custom-preserved-default-im-name.

Users will easily recognize their relations and configuration model if the
subgrouping feature has been available.

I've implemented subgrouping feature in uim-pref-qt at r413. 
Basically, it works well. 
 
The one problem is that the "main" subgroup's label is a bit weird. 
Please check.

The 'main' subgroup problem had been fixed. Please implement the feature in
uim-pref-gtk.

This feature is implemented in both uim-pref-gtk and uim-pref-qt, and works fine.
