Description Phil Armstrong 2009-09-15 10:30:38 UTC
When playing neverball with git mesa & drm-adg5f as of today, the textures for the level exits appear on in front of other foreground objects.

Correct software rendering

Seems to work fine here with neverball 1.4.0. I wonder if this is a bug in your version of neverball.
Comment 5 Phil Armstrong 2009-09-15 11:29:01 UTC
C'set possible.

neverball version 1.5.2 here.

Just tried 1.4: The level exits are correctly rendered with that version, but looking closely, the edges of the rotating coins are incorrectly rendered: they appear to be transparent round the top half and reflecting some unknown texture on the bottom half. With software rendering through git mesa, the edges of the coins are golden & shaded like the faces are. I can try and get a screenshot to show it, but it's more obvious when they're rotating.

Hmm. Just compiled latest mesa (as of today) and it seems fine now.

Will mark as fixed & reopen if it pops up again.
