This is a follow up of bug #4102. Nicolas suggested using "keypad" file for PersoArabic keypad layouts and options. Currently only Iranian Persian layout uses one of these layouts.

You've added 2 new options. Do they make any sense outside of Iranian layout?
Arabic one is only useful with the Arabic layout (ara). But the PersoArabic version is useful with Iranian, Pashto, Urdu, and other layouts that use +06Fx digits.
