This dialog is problematic. You say it can't be canceled, then expect the user to push "Cancel."

Oh, I forgot to make an actual suggestion. You could change it to something like:

"There are tasks which should not be canceled: Wait/Quit Anyway"

Actually, to be consistent with with gnome at least, I believe the correct labels would be "Wait" and "Force Quit"

That UI is now gone in gnome-packagekit git master.
