Apps know what tar.bz2 and tar.gz files are, but tar.xz are "unknown" for now

Since tar.xz are likely to get common, this should be fixed

file-roller uses application/x-xz-compressed-tar

Same resolution as bug #22593:
it was added 5 months ago to CVS, so it will be part of the next release (after 0.60).
