With the newest commits in mesa, when start X there is only software rasterization, I bisected it and found it was caused by commit in mesa. But it works well on GM45 and G45.

    intel: Keep track of x,y offsets in miptrees and use them for blitting.

    By just using offsets, we confused the hardware's tiling calculations,
    resulting in failures in miptree validation and blit clears.

    Fixes piglit fbo-clearmipmap.
