Many levels show this issue. Textures appear and disappear every frame of so. I played it using default settings. Trees show this issue very often. Used git tips of everything (including kernel).

No, I don't know a 'good' revision for this problem. I am using/playing this game for a month maybe though.
Works for me here, sauer 0.0.20090504.dfsg-2, starting a botmatch ffa on the douer map on a GM45. You're going to need to provide some details on how to reproduce the problem.
I updated sauer to same version (due to lazeness, just installed the 10.4 package) I test run n' guns 2 part 2. (The 'SERIOUSLY BIG VALLY' shows that problem even better, because it has lot of trees, but it is too slow to be playable on i965) I have i965 + latest git branches of everything
Note that I think I remember seeing this with nvidia proprietary blob. I think that this is just game bug...
