Description Anton Zinoviev 2009-11-29 19:38:07 UTC
As deskription says. In version 1.6-1 of the Debian package xkb-data (which corresponds to version 1.6 of xkeyboard-config from 2009-05-24) br(thinkpad) and br(olpc) are not described in /usr/share/X11/xkb/rules/base.xml. I suppose the reason for this is that in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/br they both use

    name[Group1]="Brazil";

rather than something like

    name[Group1]="Brazil - Thinkpad";

The are not going to be in base.xml. These symbols are used for models olpc and thinkpad - according to rules/base, they are 'default' for those models. No need to expose them for other kbds.
