This is to track those issues fixed in upstream kernel but not hitting 2.6.32 or 2.6.32.x. 2 actions needed: 1) When bug owner closes his kernel bug as "fixed" (patch pushed), but the fix is not in stable release, he should mark his bug "blocks" this bug tracker (so his bug automatically added into here). 2) When he knows the patch accepted into stable release, he should clear his "blocks" field (so his bug automatically removed from here). At last those bugs listed here (though in closed state) show which bugs are already marked as fixed but not actually included in Intel 2009Q4 release (based on 2.6.32.x). So users impacted by these bugs should try 2.6.33-ish kernel.
add: 24255,24543,25369. The overlay fix should be highlighted.
Add the bug 25523 to this list. Now the patch is already in Eric's tree. Once it hits the Linus master, I will send it to the stable@kernel.org. thanks.
closing due to 2009Q4 released
