Description Joachim Langenbach 2010-02-18 06:52:28 UTC
Many parts of the DIN 13 version november 1999 (for example part 1 and 2) are not rendered well using the qt4-frontend. The most text is missing, only some drawings are shown. Same thing with DIN EN ISO 3834 part 5 version march 2006.

I couldn't attach the PDF's because the distribution is permitted.

Without the file we can't fix anything, sorry.

Ok, i got the files via a third way, can you please attach the screenshots of what you get and which poppler version are you using because it seems to work for me quite well.

Screenshot of the rendered result of DIN 13

The Screenshot is taken with Okular from KDE 4.4.0 on windows. I don't know the poppler version behind, the only information I get, is the one at the info window shown on the picture.

On my own application I get the same results on Windows with QT4 backend of poppler 0.12.0.

On Gentoo with poppler 0.12.3-r3 it renders quiet well with Okular and my own application.

So it seems to be solved already!

However, thank you for having time for it!

User says works for him.
Comment 5 Joachim Langenbach 2010-05-02 06:50:50 UTC
Actually it doesn't work on windows with poppler-0.12.4.

But it seems to be a fontconfig problem on windows since it works on linux (see attechment).
