I and my terminal are just not a big fans of all the cvs garbage in the form of
"?"'s. I'd attach a patch but I don't have access so cvs diff -N won't work for
me. Attached is a script which generates the ignores. Run it after a fresh make
World in your tree (make sure you don't have any additional and not yet added
files because they'll be added to .cvsignore).

i'm the hugest slacker ever so i'm not going to do this.  zack, you've got a
commit bit, if you care about the monolith feel free to do this.
