If I suspend (through lid close) and Compiz is activated I see the login screen after resume.

If Compiz isn't activated I see a black screen but through changing to console and back I am able to use X again.

Both behaviors doesn't appear with Ubuntu Karmic (Kernel 2.6.31 and -intel 2.9.0).
