There is no output on screen after the OS boot, it works well in grub. And this happens on GM965, GM45. It works well with commit 38d922ba211c1efdbe00809c899f1ca4979c84c7.

Reproduce steps:
change the kernel, and boot up.

No debug message in dmesg. Could you bisect on drm-intel-next?

ae3180027bbd0b08e48efdb6123acba19ee249df is first bad commit
commit ae3180027bbd0b08e48efdb6123acba19ee249df
Author: Zhenyu Wang <zhenyuw@linux.intel.com>

drm/i915: use encoder_list for hotplug callback

Instead of walking through drm connector_list uses encoder_list
for calling hotplug functions which is consistent with intel display
    hotplug reporting.
