Upstreamed from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=481870

In order to check user experience is it possible to add the ability to load Spice in debug mode with a parameter for UI time exp that will log the time of an interrupt from the keyboard until the graphics hits the screen.

While currently we don't have a way to measure time for keypress, since spice-gtk 0.30 it is possible to set env var with key-press delay (in ms)

so, at the moment, one can tweak this to improve their settings.
