you can't just refer to an external bugtracker and expect people to go through it. You need to add anything relevant here (and the launchpad bug, which is just as useless as this one currently).
Where's the bug? If you do feel that it is a driver bug, at least try running with the current stable code first.

Cristian, you still haven't confirmed whether this is an issue with upstream code at all, or even whereabouts in the stack the bug is. As you are on Ubuntu, install the latest drivers from ppa:xorg-edgers. And then follow http://intellinuxgraphics.org/how_to_report_bug.html
