Hi *, I have built a 2.6.35-rc6 kernel and included the radeon power management patches. I'm running an Ubuntu 10.04.1. I've done this since 2.6.35-rc4 without problems and since 2.6.35-rc6 I'm always getting a lot of kernel oopses after some hours. Btw. I'm also using the latest radeon driver/mesa stack from xorg-edgers PPA. I don't know exactly if it's a kernel/drm problem or if it is something triggered by the driver itself, but the Xorg.0.log is fine. The oopses look like this: CPU 0 Modules linked in: aes_x86_64 aes_generic binfmt_misc ppdev nfs lockd nfs_acl auth_rpcgss autofs4 sunrpc ipt_MASQUERADE iptable_nat nf_nat bridge stp kvm_amd kvm dm_crypt ipt_LOG xt_limit xt_tcpudp nf_conntrack_ipv4 nf_defrag_ipv4 xt_state nf_conntrack ipt_REJECT xt_multiport snd_hda_codec_atihdmi snd_hda_codec_realtek snd_hda_intel snd_seq_dummy snd_hda_codec snd_seq_oss snd_seq_midi snd_hwdep snd_rawmidi snd_pcm_oss it87 snd_mixer_oss hwmon_vid snd_pcm lp snd_seq_midi_event psmouse snd_seq parport snd_timer iptable_filter k10temp ip_tables i2c_piix4 snd_seq_device serio_raw wacom uinput joydev snd xhci_hcd usb_storage soundcore x_tables snd_page_alloc hid_sony usbhid hid fbcon tileblit font bitblit softcursor radeon ohci1394 ieee1394 e1000 ttm drm_kms_helper r8169 pata_atiixp mii drm ahci i2c_algo_bit libahci pata_jmicron Pid: 15, comm: events/0 Not tainted 2.6.35-rc6-amd64 #1 GA-790XTA-UD4/GA-790XTA-UD4 RIP: 0010:[<ffffffff8112d58a>] [<ffffffff8112d58a>] kfree+0x8a/0x130 RSP: 0000:ffff88012b723d10 EFLAGS: 00010082 RAX: 0000000000000282 RBX: ffff88000a0d4e00 RCX: ffffffffa01306e9 RDX: ffff880001e00000 RSI: ffffea0000232e60 RDI: ffbfffff81a25ab8 RBP: ffff88012b723d30 R08: 0000000000000000 R09: 0000000000000000 R10: dead000000100100 R11: 0000000000000001 R12: 0000000000000282 R13: ffff880127b2c000 R14: ffff88000a0d4e8c R15: ffff8801289b85c8 FS: 00007f559b0a3880(0000) GS:ffff880001e00000(0000) knlGS:00000000f69e4a90 CS: 0010 DS: 0000 ES: 0000 CR0: 000000008005003b CR2: 00007f55905c3000 CR3: 000000012921a000 CR4: 00000000000006f0 DR0: 0000000000000000 DR1: 0000000000000000 DR2: 0000000000000000 DR3: 0000000000000000 DR6: 00000000ffff0ff0 DR7: 0000000000000400 Process events/0 (pid: 15, threadinfo ffff88012b722000, task ffff88012b730000) ffff88012b723d30 ffff88000a0d4e00 00000000ffffffff ffff880127b2c000 <0> ffff88012b723d60 ffffffffa01306e9 ffff88000a0d4e8c ffff88000a0d4e48 <0> ffff88000a0d4e8c ffff880127b2c4e8 ffff88012b723d90 ffffffffa009f195 [<ffffffffa01306e9>] radeon_ttm_bo_destroy+0xa9/0xc0 [radeon] [<ffffffffa009f195>] ttm_bo_release_list+0xa5/0x100 [ttm] [<ffffffffa009f0f0>] ?
