I found two pdf's on the web that do not get rendered properly by both evince and okular but just fine in acroread.

One of them is from SCO ... beware.

There's 300 pages in there, could you be a bit more precise in where the problem lies?

The user just reported it works for him and seemed a version mismatch in his system
