Steps to Reproduce:
===================

# startx 

1)X server fails to start with the message "(EE) No devices detected"

2)The issue is specific to M92 and is not reproduced with other Asics.

There's no radeon info in the dmesg.  What are the pci ids for your card?

The drm was missing the pci ids.  This patch adds all the new ones.
