I forgot to adjust one offset after adding the namespace table, so we currently
produce invalid cache files. The following patch fixes that, and has some
portability fixes as well.

As far as I can tell, this is the patch that was applied with :

        * update-mime-database.c: Patch from Matthias Clasen
        <mclasen@redhat.com> to adjust one offset after adding the
        namespace table.  Produced cache now works.
