Similarly to bug #29527 it would be helpfull to be able to ask for TpConnection features when preparing a TpAccount.

Crazy idea: as features are GQuark, could we pass TpConnection features to tp_proxy_prepare_async() when preparing a TpAccount to ask to prepare those features on its TpConnection?
I guess the semantic should be "If the TpAccount has a connection, its TpConnection is guaranteed to have these features prepared" or something like that.

I think this is already fixed by setting features on the TpSimpleClientFactory API.
