With pkg-config 0.16.0 installed, some packages that previously built now fail
to build.  This is due to the new pkg.m4 macro file blacklists words like PKG_*
and _PKG_* in the output.

So far, I have found that ORBit2's configure script breaks due to its use of a
"PKG_CONFIG_MIN_VERSION" variable.

I understand that the change was made to help catch errors due to unexpanded
macros, but it would be nice if such changes were documented.
