Patch

From Matthias Clasen:

Whenever I restart gnome-settings-daemon, my entire session crashes. The reason
is that restarting gnome-settings-daemon causes all non-resident GTK modules to
be reloaded, and the atk-bridge module can't handle that. The patch below makes
it resident, preventing the crash and saving my session.
