I would like to add the matroska video mime type to enable the totem thumbnailer
to work on this format to.

added matroska mime type

This is the matroska video mime type. it's application/x-matroska.
After reading the matroska specs and checking on around 10 mkv files, the
default magic since to be this one but it's only a default and it may change
when the ebml version number will change...
Anyway, this current patch works for me :)
