It seems that MSN can say if a received message is RTL:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=630632

We should expose this in Messages so client can display such messages properly.

I think this might be NOTABUG, if directionality can be determined automatically? I've asked for clarification on <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/571822>.
